The new facility, expected to be operational in 2024, will be crucial in meeting the rising demand, enabling the Utah Food Bank to efficiently distribute food throughout the county. Ginette Bott, the food bank's president and CEO, emphasized the necessity of expanding their capacity to keep pace with the rapid growth.
